"I have been with Ann McCloud’s StateFarm for I believe 20 years. Overall Mrs Ann along with her staff have been phenomenal! I know without a doubt at times I’ve them a a headache, lol. They never show it, but I know when I get frustrated I can be frustrating but they’ve always kept their composure and always kept the empathy. Mrs. Teresa, you have the patience, of Job! "Policy increased due to a person on my policy not me the primary added safe driving savings . Never activated the device they sent me then I was penalized and still had to pay the rates policy has renewed and still being charged for safe driving even after it was cancelled 6 months ago .Every month I’m told my rate will go down and was told on 8/15/25 I would receive a call back by end of day it’s now 5:45 pm . Not going to name drop because it won’t get anything resolved.26 yrs of service glade to give my revenue spot to someone else good luck."

"Dont go by any fake 5 star reviews. State Farm will not cover you for anything unless if its something they are worried to be sued for. And even for that, you can get coverage online from anyone directly at much lesser cost not waste money on agents like these who will not represent u or assist you for anything even after paying them full coverages for multiple vehicles earning them commissions more than a decade with no expense on you. Oh and neither will they or State Farm claims agents pursue the other party if they deny you coverage for damages that even a full service repair center will clearly show them. State Farm is just a very poor level cat and mouse game now to extract as much as they can from you providing almost nothing in return. Don't bother yourself. İts better to use thousands paid to them instead for repairing your own vehicle or buying a used one. İn the end, we all need to use our own brains to make decisions when a company is making headlines for its amazing policies to cancel or not offer any coverage to their insured as is!"
